ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Michael D. Burnside is a graduate of Ohio University. By day, he earns a living as a systems analyst, helping customers figure out what they need from their software. His interests include gaming, science, computer technology, history, politics, and, of course, writing. His fiction writing includes steampunk, science fiction, fantasy, and horror. His stories have been featured in multiple magazine and anthologies. Michael lives in Dayton, Ohio, with his wife, a giant dog, and lots of cats.

Michael's flash fiction story,  "Lucinda," is featured in the "A Little Fantasy Everywhere" Anthology.  This anthology features forty-eight mostly flash fantasy stories that range from fairies, to dragons to a menagerie of creatures of the imagination.
